Enjoyed the size of the room. Very good quality and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The TV was great as well as you can choose to watch Netflix, hulu or any of the other apps for entertainment. No Air conditioning however they provided a fan and heater which was great. It's close to the beach and there are lots of places to eat just steps away. Didn't have my pet this time but they are dog friendly.

It was right down from the beach and had a GREAT staff who told you what was good to eat and where to go. The most important thing I liked, was that my Mom (85 years old) needed to rest a little longer than the 11:00 check out time and they were very considerate and said "don't worry, when your Mom feels better, we will clean the room afterwards"

The staff here were wonderful! We arrived in the middle of the night, after being evacuated from our home due to wildfires. He found rooms that accommodated my family and all of our pets, and he was so sweet and concerned. I really appreciated all the extra help. This hotel was also only steps from the beach and that was amazing!

We loved everything!; I highly recommend The Shores Inn for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. The beach was steps away from the property and so many amazing restaurants and shops in walking distance. I would definitely bring my family back here again …..A big thumbs up!

Had some issues with the app and modifying my stay. Well the manager (believe) was awsome and did everything he could to fix it with courtesy and skill. It was because of him I'm planning on changing from wyndham properties to Hilton for my future stays and he set up my Hilton honors account.
